Retirement Cake for my MOM!

My mom retired in December after 34 years of teaching. For her party I made her a carrot and cinnamon roll cake. Bottom and top layers are carrot, middle is cinnamon roll. They are more than likely going to spend plenty of time golfing and in Arizona now, hence the cacti, desert, and golf ball.
